Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of HMX AI Workshops operated by HanuMatrix. By accessing or purchasing any workshop, you agree to these terms.

2. Workshop Access

Upon successful payment, you receive access to the purchased workshop(s) via WhatsApp and email. Access is granted to the individual purchaser and is non-transferable.

Workshop sessions run 4 times daily. You may attend any available session for the workshops you have purchased.

3. Pricing & Payments

Individual workshops are priced at ₹199 each. The All-Access Bundle includes all workshops for ₹499. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.

Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your card details.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our workshops, we do not offer refunds after access has been granted. If you have questions before purchasing, please contact us on WhatsApp.

5. Intellectual Property

All workshop content, including videos, resource packs, templates, and materials, is the property of HanuMatrix. You may use the materials for personal and commercial projects but may not redistribute or resell the workshop content itself.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to share workshop access links, record or redistribute workshop sessions, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

HanuMatrix provides workshops on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific results from attending workshops. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the workshop.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
